NeetoCal provides live chat support through NeetoChat, ensuring users can get help quickly and conveniently. Here's how you can access and test the live chat feature:
Hover on your profile icon located in the buttom-left corner.
Click on Chat with Support.
This opens the live chat window powered by NeetoChat.
In the chat window, You’ll see a welcome message from NeetoCal Help.
Type your message and press the send icon.
Once done, click the Close button in the bottom-right corner to exit the chat safely.
Downloading the chat
If you want to save a copy of your conversation as a record or reference, you can do it by clicking the three dots Menu in the Top-Right Corner of the Chat and selecting the Download chat option. It will generate the chat in PDF format.
