How can we help?

Share the scheduling link for a specific date and time

Sometimes, you and your client may agree on a specific date and time for a meeting through email, chat, or a phone call before any calendar invite is sent. Instead of asking your client to go through your entire scheduling link to pick the time again, NeetoCal allows you to generate a direct scheduling link for that exact appointment slot.

This makes the booking process faster and more seamless.

Why use this?

This is helpful when:

  • You’ve confirmed a meeting time over email or chat.

  • You want to send a link that takes your client directly to the confirmed time.

  1. Open your scheduling link in your browser.

  2. If your scheduling link offers more than one meeting length, select the length you agreed on, for example 30 or 60 minutes.

  3. Choose the date, then click the time you agreed on with the customer, for example April 11 at 1:30 PM.

  4. When the booking form opens, copy the full address from your browser's address bar. This address includes the date, time, and meeting length you selected.

  5. Send the address to the customer by email, chat, or any messaging app.

Filling in the customer's name and email

You can also fill in the customer's name and email so they don't have to type them. To do this, create a pre-filled link first, then choose the time from that link.

  1. Go to Scheduling links and open the scheduling link you want to share.

  2. Click the Share tab.

  3. Click Pre-filled link.

  4. Enter the customer's name and email, and click Generate link.

  5. Copy the generated link and open it in a new browser tab.

  6. Choose the date and time, and copy the address from the booking form, as described in the steps above.

The copied address includes the date and time along with the customer's name and email. You can fill in your other booking questions the same way. See Pre-filling questions for details.

What the customer sees

When the customer opens the link, they go straight to the booking form with the date, time, and meeting length already selected, so they don't need to choose anything. They answer the booking questions, or check the answers you filled in, and confirm the booking.

If the scheduling link is free, the customer clicks Book now. If it's paid, they click Proceed and then complete the payment.

The date and time are shown in the customer's own time zone. If you changed the time zone on the booking page before choosing the time, the customer sees the time in the time zone you chose instead.

If the customer wants a different time, they can click Back and choose another time from the calendar.

NeetoCal doesn't reserve the time when you create the link. If someone else books that time before the customer does, the customer sees a message that the selected slot is no longer available, and they can choose another time.
