The Messages feature enhances communication by allowing the host and clients to interact with each other directly, without revealing email address. Either the host or the client can start a conversation with one another.
By host
When you, the host want to inform your client of something, you can either send a reply to one of the emails neetoCal sends regarding the meeting, or you can use the messages tab to send them a message. In both cases, the client receives an email. The client would only be able to see your name and not your email ID. This is done to protect the privacy of the host.
By client
When you, the client wants to initiate a conversation with the host, you can do so by replying to one of the emails that neetoCal sends regarding the meeting. You can continue this conversation by replying to the emails or by using the messages tab.
