A scheduling link in NeetoCal can become inactive in the following scenarios:
If a host or admin is manually disabled from the scheduling link, the link will immediately become inactive. The members who are in an admin role in a team have the access to disable or enable a scheduling link.
If all hosts are removed, the scheduling link will automatically be disabled because there is no host assigned.
If a payment provider connected to the scheduling link is manually disconnected or, in rare cases, automatically disconnected due to a technical issue, the link will become inactive.
Disabling a scheduling link
Find the scheduling link you want to disable and click on the three-dot menu next to it.
Click on the Disable option. This will update the scheduling link status to disabled.
Once disabled, clients who try to access the link will see a message saying the scheduling link is no longer available.
Enabling a Scheduling Link
To enable the scheduling link again, follow the same steps and select the Enable option instead.
A scheduling link becomes inactive if the host has disabled it. The members who are in an admin role in a team have the access to disable or enable a scheduling link.
