A scheduling link in NeetoCal can become disabled in the following scenarios:
The link is manually disabled. If a host or an admin manually disables the scheduling link, it immediately becomes inactive. Members in an admin role have access to disable or enable any scheduling link.
-
The link's host is removed from NeetoCal. When a team member is removed, their scheduling links become inactive in two cases:
They were the only host of the link, so the link no longer has a host.
They were the main host of a multi-host link.
The link's payment provider is disconnected. If a payment provider connected to the scheduling link is manually disconnected or, in rare cases, automatically disconnected due to a technical issue, the link becomes inactive.
By default, anyone who opens a disabled link sees an inactive-link page. Admins can instead redirect these visitors to a URL of their choice using the Redirect disabled links setting.
