Why scheduling link becomes disabled

A scheduling link in NeetoCal can become disabled in the following scenarios:

  1. The link is manually disabled. If a host or an admin manually disables the scheduling link, it immediately becomes inactive. Members in an admin role have access to disable or enable any scheduling link.

  2. The link's host is removed from NeetoCal. When a team member is removed, their scheduling links become inactive in two cases:

    • They were the only host of the link, so the link no longer has a host.

    • They were the main host of a multi-host link.

  3. The link's payment provider is disconnected. If a payment provider connected to the scheduling link is manually disconnected or, in rare cases, automatically disconnected due to a technical issue, the link becomes inactive.

By default, anyone who opens a disabled link sees an inactive-link page. Admins can instead redirect these visitors to a URL of their choice using the Redirect disabled links setting.
