Changing host

When unexpected events prevent you from attending a meeting with clients, don't cancel it. Instead, change the host in NeetoCal and reassign it to another host.

This keeps your business relationship moving forward without delays and shows clients your team's reliability and professionalism.

  1. Click on the Bookings tab on the left side pane.

  2. Open the upcoming booking details and click tripe dots (...) in the top right corner.

  3. Click on Resend Confirmation.

  4. Mark the Change host checkbox and select the new host from the dropdown.

  5. Click the Resend button to send a confirmation email to both the new host and the client.
