Meeting outcome is used to specify the result of a meeting. This helps you keep accurate records, ensures you can easily track meetings, follow up with clients, and add labels based on outcome.
For example, let's say a salesperson finishes the meeting with a potential customer. He might need a label such as "Follow-up" or "Free trial required." This way, he can track the outcome of the meeting and take further action based on the label.
There will be a default "No show" meeting outcome present, which you can select if the customer did not show up for the meeting. This ensures you can easily track missed meetings, follow up with clients, and manage refunds or rescheduling based on your policies. In addition, you can also add new meeting outcomes and color them as you wish.
Add new meeting outcome
Go to Admin panel in the left side pane.
Click on Meeting outcomes card.
Click on Add new meeting outcome.
Set the name and color as you wish.
Click on Save changes.
Select Meeting outcome
Go to the Bookings page shown in the left side pane.
Click on the booking you wish to select the meeting outcome for.
Right side pane will appear, where you'll see the default meeting outcome i
Click on select meeting outcome.
You'll see the dropdown.
Select the meeting outcome as you wish.
