Admins can adjust package durations for clients by adding or deducting minutes based on their needs.
Go to the Packages tab from the left sidebar.
Click on the package where you want to update the duration for any client.
Click on the client’s name to open package details.
Click on Change next to remaining package duration.
Click on the option to add or deduct minutes.
Enter the duration adjustment and provide an internal note.
Save the changes, which will reflect in the client’s timeline.
The client’s package history updates with the modified duration.
