Reschedule a meeting when it conflicts with a new time

Let's say you have a meeting from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, and you want to reschedule it to the slot from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, but the slot from 10:00 am is booked because it is included in the meeting from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. NeetoCal won't allow you to reschedule at this time because it checks for double bookings. Neetocal checks your calendar and sees your other existing meetings as conflicts, and because of that, it marks those slots as unavailable for the meeting you're trying to reschedule.

To see all the available slots, you can temporarily stop NeetoCal from checking your calendar. Once you stop NeetoCal from checking your calendar, it will no longer see your other bookings

Removing check for double booking

  1. Click on the Admin panel on the left side pane.

  2. Click on Google Calendar under Calendar integrations.

  3. Click on Manage Google Calendars.

  4. To prevent NeetoCal from checking for double bookings, uncheck the calendar that has been used to book the meetings.

  5. Once unchecked, NeetoCal won't be able to access any of the bookings to check for slot availability.

  6. Go to your scheduling link and refresh the page.

  7. You will find that all the slots are now available.

  8. Book the meeting in your preferred time slot.

  9. Once the meeting is booked, go back to Manage Google Calendars and reconnect the calendar so it can now check for double bookings.

  10. The updated bookings will sync automatically.
