Setting up cancellation and rescheduling

To set up cancellation and rescheduling for your meetings, follow these steps:

  1. Select the meeting you wish to configure.

  2. Navigate to the Meeting > Configure section.

  3. From the list of configuration options, select the Cancellation and Rescheduling card.

  4. You will be redirected to a settings page. The first option will be a checkbox asking whether to enable or disable cancellation and rescheduling.

  5. If you enable this option, additional customization options will appear.

  6. Select the time frame within which clients can cancel or reschedule a meeting.

  7. If payment is enabled for the meeting, set up your refund options.

  8. Once you have made your changes, click Save Changes.
