We’ve changed our booking confirmation and reminder emails for hosts and clients, as well as the cancellation email for clients. This change might affect the current email notifications for your scheduling links.
What you should do
If you haven’t changed your booking confirmation and reminder email notifications for the host or client for any of your scheduling links, you're all set. NeetoCal has applied the new changes for you. You can stop reading now.
If you have changed your email notification and find it cumbersome to follow all the items mentioned in the next step, then you can use Reset to default button, which is added in the Email Notifications settings, to quickly revert to NeetoCal's default template.
However, if you want to continue using your customised template, then read the next point.If you’ve changed your booking and reminder email notifications for host, client or cancellation email then:
Review each email notification and make sure everything looks good. If any changes are needed for booking emails, refer to this article and for customizing the reminder email refer to this article.
We will remove the Join Call button from confirmation emails on May 19, 2025. From reminder emails it has already been removed. To make sure your clients can still join the meeting while sending out reminder or confirmation mails, please check that the

dynamic variable is included in your email template. It shows the meeting link or location.If you have done any customization in your email then, right now we’ve already added

at the bottom to make sure that your clients should be able to join the meeting. You can move it to a different place in the email based on your preference.
For booking confirmation email

dynamic variable, which is a booking ID link, now this link will redirect your clients to the booking confirmation page. -
You can make all these changes under the Settings tab of scheduling link and Email notifications option.

Reschedule/Cancel buttons are removed and now there's a fixed section at the bottom of emails for rescheduling and cancellation for host and clients booking confirmation email.

A new Add to calendar section has been added to client email notifications that allows your client to add the meeting to their desired calendar. This can't be removed. It's a fix section at the bottom only for clients booking confirmation email and not for the host email.

Booking ID is now a clickable and redirects to the booking confirmation page. Use

if it’s missing to allow the ability for your clients and host both to access booking confirmation page.

Form responses will now appear at the bottom of the email. However you can change this order on email notifications settings page.

If you wish to restore the default email notification templates offered by NeetoCal, then use Reset to default button, it is added in the Email Notifications settings to quickly revert to NeetoCal's default template.
