Accept payment online

NeetoCal supports collecting payments through PayPalStripe, Dodo paymentsRazorPay, UPI, Cash payment. You can offer multiple payment options to give your clients flexibility.

Payment Features:

Before accepting payment online, you must integrate the Stripe, Razorpay account accordingly.

Accepting payment online

  1. Visit your scheduling link page.

  2. Go to Settings tab.

  3. Click on Accept payment online card.

  4. Enable Stripe, Razorpay, Manula UPI based on your preferences.

  5. Enable different pricing for different durations (optional).

  6. Set the price and select the currency.

  7. Apply tax (optional).

  8. Enable Show as reduced price, to display price reductions (example $100.00 $80.00)

  9. If you want to apply discount code, go to Discount codes tab.

  10. Select the discount code you want to apply.

  11. Click Save Changes.

FAQ

Does the client receive any notification regarding a failed payment?

Yes, the client will receive an email notification that includes the reason for the failed payment and a link to retry the payment, allowing them to proceed with the previously entered details.

Existing bookings keep the price that was set when the customer booked, even for sessions that are charged later, such as recurring meetings. The new price applies only to bookings made after you save the change. See Changing the price of a paid meeting link for details.
