The Response visible only to host feature in NeetoCal lets you collect information during the booking process that only the host can see. This is especially helpful when you need to take private notes or collect internal details that shouldn’t be shared with the client but should be pass to the host.
This feature is great for situations like:
A team member booking on behalf of someone else and adding internal notes for the host.
Collecting background info that helps the host prepare better for the meeting, without exposing it to the client.
For example:
Let’s say you're offering free consultation calls, and your assistant books slots for clients. While booking, the assistant adds internal notes like:
“This client had already tried a few marketing agencies and is not interested in social media marketing. Looking for new marketing strategies to boost the business.”
If you mark this question as response visible only to host, the client won't see this note, but the host will.
What will happen if you enable this setting
When you enable this setting for a question in the Questions tab:
The question will appear on the booking page.
The client (or whoever is filling the form) can enter a response.
-
But this response will not be shown:
On the booking confirmation page.
In any email notifications sent to the client or host both.
The response will only be visible to the host under the Form Responses section of that Booking in the Bookings tab within the NeetoCal dashboard.
Enable Response visible only to host
Go to the Questions tab of your scheduling link in NeetoCal.
Add or edit a question.
Enable the setting Responses visible only to host and save changes.
-
Now responses to this question will be private to the host and will only show up inside the NeetoCal dashboard under the Form Responses tab of that bookings. They won't be shared with clients at any stage.
