How can we help?

Embed intro page

You can embed a published intro page directly into your own website so visitors can browse your services and book without leaving your site.

Before you start

The intro page must be published. Embed options become available only after the page is live.

Steps

  1. Click Intro Pages in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the intro page you want to embed.

  3. Go to Share tab

  4. Click on the Embed card.

  5. Choose one of the embed options and copy the generated code into your website.

Embed options

NeetoCal offers four ways to embed an intro page:

Inline embed

The intro page renders inside your page layout, in a container you place. Best when you want booking to feel like part of the page itself, for example on a services or contact page.

Pop-up via sticky button

NeetoCal adds a floating button that stays fixed on screen as visitors scroll. Clicking it opens the intro page in an overlay. Best for site-wide availability without dedicating page space to it.

Pop-up via custom trigger

The intro page opens in an overlay when a visitor clicks an element you choose, such as your own "Book now" button or a text link. Best when you already have call to action buttons styled to match your site.

Iframe embed

A standard iframe snippet you can drop into any page or website builder that accepts raw HTML. Best when you need the simplest possible integration or your platform restricts custom scripts.

These embedding options work the same way as booking page embeds. For setup details and code samples, see Embedding a booking page on your website.
