How can we help?

Zoom integration

If you wish to use Zoom for online meetings, you must integrate your Zoom account with NeetoCal.

  1. Go to Host (Self) tab.

  2. Click on Zoom.

  3. Now, click on Connect Zoom.

  4. You will be taken to the Zoom authentication page and asked to log in to Zoom.

  5. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Admin panel page.

Switching Zoom accounts

To connect a different Zoom account after you've already connected one, you may need to log out of your current Zoom session. This is because Zoom might automatically connect the account currently logged in your browser due to stored cache or cookies.

  1. Go to https://www.zoom.us/myhome.

  2. Click on your Profile photo or Avatar on top right.

  3. Click on Sign Out.

  9. Click on Connect Zoom to connect a different account.

  10. You will be taken to the Zoom authentication page and asked to log in to Zoom.

  11. After logging in, you will be redirected to the Admin panel page.

Troubleshooting

Zoom keeps asking for re-authorization when joining a call

NeetoCal does not restrict how Zoom accounts are connected, multiple team members can connect the same Zoom account, and the same Zoom account can even be connected across different NeetoCal workspaces. NeetoCal connection itself with Zoom will not be revoked or repeatedly prompt for re-authorization.

The re-authorization prompts come from Zoom itself, when joining a call. This is a Zoom platform behavior, not a NeetoCal limitation. Zoom only allows one active sign-in per Zoom account at a time, when someone signs in to that Zoom account from a new device, the other devices using the same account are signed out and have to authenticate again the next time they join a call.

Zoom confirms this in their developer forum: https://devforum.zoom.us/t/when-are-access-token-revoked/109338

If the constant re-authentication is disruptive, each team member should use their own individual Zoom account.
