Request to reschedule

You can also request your client to reschedule the meeting by choosing the Request to Reschedule option. By doing so, the client can pick a suitable slot that the meeting can be rescheduled to.

  1. Navigate to Bookings.

  2. Click on the Upcoming booking.

  3. A side pane will appear; click on the Three-dot menu.

  4. Click on Request to Reschedule.

  5. A pop-up window will appear. Enter the reason for rescheduling (optional).

  6. Click on Yes.

  7. The client will receive an email notification and will be able to reschedule the meeting.
