The Start Time Increment feature in NeetoCal allows you to set specific intervals (e.g., 5, 10, or 15 minutes) between available meeting times.
If the start time increment is set to 30 minutes, the available slots will be displayed in 30-minute intervals. Let's say you have availability from 9 AM to 11 AM; the slots will appear as shown below:
9:00-9:30
9:30-10:00
10:00-10:30
10:30-11:00
A health department offers COVID-19 vaccination appointments through an online booking system. They want to provide flexibility to users by allowing them to book appointments in smaller increments of 10 minutes.
If the "Start time increments" is set to 10 minutes, the available appointment slots will be displayed in 10-minute intervals. This level of granularity allows your clients to choose a specific time slot that works best for them based on their schedule and availability. If the health department has availability from 9 AM to 5 PM, the slots will appear as shown below:
9:00 AM
9:10 AM
9:20 AM
9:30 AM
9:40 AM
Here are the steps you should follow to edit start time increments:
From the left-hand sidebar, click on Meeting links.
Click on the meeting link for which you want to edit start time increments.
Click on Where.
Set the start time increments according to your needs.
Click on Save.
