NeetoCal makes it easy to manage your appointments, and adding a personal touch can make a big difference. Sending a "Thank You" message after a meeting is booked helps you build better relationships and provides a professional follow-up.
Adding Thank You page
Click on the Scheduling Links tab.
Select the meeting you want to customize with a thank-you message. You can choose from any type(one-on-one/round-robin/multi host/group) from the scheduling links you've created.
You will be directed to the scheduling link main page.
Click on Settings.
In settings , click on Thank You page.

Under the Thank You Page you'll see two options.
Custom message: The customized thank you message will be pre-selected. Compose your message in the provided text box. You can personalize it by including placeholders like the recipient’s name, event date, and time.

Redirect to external link: Enter the link to the external page you want to take users to. This could be a webpage, a product link, a survey form, or any other online resource.
To display a message during redirection, enable Show message while redirecting.
Click on save changes.
Pass booking details to external URL
To pass booking details, such as client name, client email, booking id to the redirected page, enable Pass booking details to your redirected page. This is beneficial as it allows you to create custom thank you page using these details.
Click on the Scheduling Links tab.
Select the meeting you want to pass booking details to redirected external URL.
Click on Settings.
click on Thank You page.
Choose Redirect to external link.
Enter the website you want to pass details.
Enable Pass booking details to your redirected page.
Click on Save changes.
