Accept emails only from specific domains

NeetoCal allows you to control who can book a meeting. With the Accept emails only from specific domains option, you can restrict meeting requests to only those coming from particular email domains. For example, you could only allow email domains from your own company.

Here are the steps to accept emails only from specific domains:

  1. On the meeting link page , click on the meeting link you wish to accept emails only from specific domains.

  2. Click on Settings tab.

  3. Click on the Questions card.

  4. Click on the three dot menu next to the email question.

  5. Click on Edit , a side pane will appear.

  6. You will see Accept emails only from specific domains option.

  7. Enable the toggle button and enter the domains you wish to permit for the booking process.

  8. Click on Save changes.
