NeetoCal lets you decide where your meeting will happen, either through a video call or at a physical/phone-based location. You can enable one or multiple options, and your clients can choose their preferred way while booking.
Where to find this setting
Go to your Scheduling link.
Open the Host tab.
Scroll to Video links or meeting place.
Available options
Video meeting options
Zoom
Automatically creates a Zoom meeting link for every booking. Requires Zoom to be connected.Google Meet
Generates a Google Meet link and adds it to calendar events. Works with your connected Google Calendar.Microsoft Teams
Creates a Teams meeting link for bookings. Requires Microsoft account integration.Daily.co
Daily.com is a lightweight video meeting option that generates a meeting room instantly. Useful for embedded or quick calls.Whereby
Whereby creates simple browser-based video meeting rooms without downloads.Jitsi
Jitsi is a free default video meeting option. If no other video tool is connected, NeetoCal uses Jitsi automatically.
Non-video meeting options
In-person meeting
Use this when meetings happen at a fixed physical location (e.g., office, studio). You can specify the address.Custom
Add your own meeting instructions (e.g., “We’ll send you a link”, “Join via WhatsApp”). Fully flexible.Phone call
Collect the client’s phone number and conduct the meeting over a call.Client location
Collect the meeting location from the client via a booking form question. Their response is added to the calendar event location.
Important notes
You can enable multiple options and let clients choose during booking
If a selected video tool is not connected, Jitsi will be used as fallback
For Client location, the selected question is validated only when the client chooses that option
All selected meeting details are automatically included in calendar invites
This setup helps you offer flexibility—whether it's a quick call, a virtual meeting, or meeting your client at their location.
