Cancelling a scheduled split transfer

Here are the steps to cancel the scheduled split transfer of a booking

  1. Click on the Booking tab in the sidebar.

  2. Click on All Bookings or My Bookings from the sub-tab.

  3. Click on the Meeting time column of the booking for which you want to cancel the split transfer.

  4. The booking details pane will appear on the right side of the window.

  5. Click the triple-dot menu in the top-right corner of the details pane.

  6. Click on the Cancel splits option.

  7. A modal will appear where you can enter the cancellation reason.

  8. Click the Submit button in the modal to confirm the cancellation.

Here are the steps to cancel the splits in bulk

  1. Click on the Payments tab in the sidebar.

  2. Click on the Split transfers from the sub-tab.

  3. You will see a list of split transfers with their amounts and booking details.

  4. Click on the Pending tab to filter and view all scheduled split transfers.

  5. Select the checkbox for the split transfers you wish to cancel.

  6. Click on the Take action button.

  7. Click on the Cancel button.

  8. A modal will appear where you can enter the cancellation reason.

  9. Click the Submit button in the modal to confirm the cancellation.
