To integrate a Twilio account with neetoCal, you need to create an account at https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio.
Once you created an account follow the below steps (Go to step 7 if you have a project in Twilio ready to use).
Visit https://www.twilio.com/console/projects/create and create a new project.
You will be asked to provide your phone number for a 2FA verification.
Once the verification is completed, you will be greeted by a welcome page.

Fill out the form (example in the picture below) and click on the "Get Started with Twilio" button.

You will be directed to the console page. Select "Get phone number" from the given page.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. There you can see Account SID and Auth Token. These values will be used to integrate the account in neetoCal.
Now in a new tab, open neetoCal, and log in. Then follow the given steps.
Go to
Settings
->Integrations
.Click on the Twilio Integration Card or the ‘Connect’ button.
You will be prompted with a form to type in you
SID
andAuth token
. Go back to the tab where you have the Twilio console opened and copy and paste the values one by one.Click on the "Verify" button to verify the values.
Once the values are verified, a select box will appear with the list of phone numbers that are configured in your Twilio account.
Select the phone number you want to use to send the SMS.
Now you have successfully integrated Twilio with neetoCal.
Setting up SMS reminders for bookings
For the meeting host:
Go to Settings > Meeting
Select the "Meeting reminders" card.
Set meeting reminder rules according to your needs.
To receive SMS reminders, set the reminder target as "All" or "SMS". If you set it as "All" you will receive both Email and SMS reminders.
To set the phone number select the SMS tab, then click on "You can change your phone number here.". You can also change your phone number by directly going to your profile settings page.
For the clients:
Select a meeting link for which you want to set SMS reminders.
Go to Configure > Reminders.
Set meeting reminder rules according to your needs.
To receive SMS reminders, set the reminder target as "All" or "SMS". If you set it as "All" you will receive both Email and SMS reminders.
To send an SMS reminder to the client we need to know their phone number. For that you can add a phone number question to your meeting form.
This can be set up in Questions. You can either select the "You can add phone number fields to your questions here." from the SMS tab or directly go to Configure > Questions.
Click on "Add new question" and select "phone" from the dropdown list. Type in your question in the "Question" field and click save.
Once you have set a phone number question, go back to the Reminders page (Configure > Reminders).
Select the SMS tab, select the phone number question from the select dropdown, and save changes.

Now once the user books a meeting and fills the form with their phone number, they will receive SMS reminders.
