You (Admin) can configure the refund rules to automatically process a payment refund when your client cancels a booking. You also have the option to refund the payment when you cancel the client's booking or even without canceling it.
- Click on the scheduling link for which you want to configure refund rules. 
- Click on the Settings tab. 
- Click on the Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund card. 
- Enable Meeting cancellation & rescheduling. 
- Click on the Add refund rule. 
- Set the refund percentage according to the cancellation time. 
- To add more rules, click Add refund rule again. 
- Click on Save changes. 
Issue a refund when you cancel a booking
- From the sidebar, click on Bookings. 
- Click on the booking you wish to cancel. 
- Click the Cancel button and check the Refund option. 
- Select a refund percentage from the drop-down menu. 
- To refund a custom amount, select Custom from the dropdown and enter the desired amount. 
- Click on the Yes, cancel the meeting.
