Managing your payment methods through Stripe

Neeto uses Stripe’s secure Customer Portal to help you easily manage the payment methods associated with your bookings. Whether you want to update your card, remove an old one, or add a new payment option, you can do it directly through Stripe and your changes will automatically sync back to Neeto. The process is quick, secure, and requires no manual updates from your side.

How to Log In to the Stripe Customer Portal

  1. Open your booking details page in Neeto and click Manage payment method.

  2. You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal login page.

  3. Enter the same email address you used when booking your meeting.

  4. Stripe will send you an email containing a secure login link. Open the email and click the link to continue.

  5. After logging in, you will be taken to your customer portal dashboard, where you can view all the payment methods you have used while paying through Neeto.

  6. In the portal, you can add, update, or remove payment methods. Any changes you make in Stripe are automatically synced back to Neeto.

Add a payment method

  1. Log in to the Stripe customer portal.

  2. Click on the Add payment method button in the customer portal.

  3. Enter your card details and click Add to save the new payment method.

Delete a payment method

  1. Log in to the Stripe customer portal.

  2. To delete a card, click the X icon next to it or click the three dots (⋯) and choose Delete.

Set a default payment method

  1. Log in to the Stripe customer portal

  2. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the card you want to set as default.

  3. Select Make default.

What does default payment method mean?

A default payment method is the primary card Stripe and Neeto will automatically use for upcoming payments, including recurring charges. You can update or change your default card at any time in the Stripe customer portal.

What happens if a customer removes all cards?

If all payment methods are removed, Neeto will no longer have any valid card on file for future charges. You will be prompted to add a new payment method the next time a payment is required.
