Customizing reminder email for host

Reminder emails reduce no-shows and late arrivals by ensuring all parties are notified at the right time. This email notifies the host before a meeting starts.

This is for the workspace level. You can also customize the reminder email for host on a scheduling link level. For more information, refer to this article.

Customizing reminder email

  1. Visit the dashboard.

  2. Click on Admin panel on the left side pane.

  3. Click on Email notifications card.

  4. Click on Reminder email for the host card.

  5. Modify the subject and message as needed (dynamic variables can be used to add personalized information)

  6. Click on Save changes.
