Why am I seeing meeting URL as /video-call-placeholder

NeetoCal asks you to connect with your Zoom or Google Meet account for video integration. Once the connection is set, you can send your scheduling link to your clients.

Your client will book a meeting. When a meeting is booked, NeetoCal asks Zoom or Google Meet to create a video meeting link. Most of the time, Zoom or Google Meet creates a video link, which NeetoCal then puts in the calendar invite.

However, sometimes Zoom/Google Meet" fails to create a video link. In such cases, NeetoCal attempts to get a video link again after a few minutes. However, we don't want to hold the booking of the meeting.

So NeetoCal goes ahead and books the meeting and puts the video link as /video-call-placeholder. After a few minutes, when NeetoCal tries again to get the video link and receives a valid one, the /video-call-placeholder is set to redirect to that video link.

This explains why sometimes you will see a link ending with /video-call-placeholder in your confirmation email.
