This feature makes it easy to update your meeting location without rescheduling when you need to switch a meeting from in-person to online or change video conferencing platforms.
This feature is useful when
You need to switch from an in-person meeting to a virtual one.
You prefer using a different video conferencing tool than planned initially
Your location circumstances have changed, but the meeting time remains the same.
Changing video link or meeting place
Go to Bookings in left side pane.
Click on My bookings. The right side pane will appear.
You will see Change button next to the current meeting location.
Select a new preferred meeting location from the available options.
Click Save changes.
Once you change the meeting location, the meeting details will be immediately updated, and you and the client will receive an email notification.
