Manage notifications

NeetoCal sends automated email notifications to keep hosts and clients informed about their meetings. You can control these notifications through the admin panel.

Managing Email Notifications

You can turn off email notifications if you prefer to use third-party integrations for more personalized email, such as Zapier, or send custom emails using a transactional email service triggered via a webhook.

Currently, NeetoCal supports turning off the following email notifications.

  • Meeting confirmation

  • Meeting rescheduled

  • Meeting cancelled

  • Meeting reminder

  • Meeting requested (approval pending)

  • Meeting rejected

Manage email notifications

  1. Click on Admin panel in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on Manage notifications card.

  3. By default, all the notifications are enabled.

  4. Disable the notifications you don't want to send.

  5. Click Save changes.
