Expiration of the daily.co meeting
Before a video call starts in daily.co, it needs to know how long it will last. NeetoCal sets the duration of the daily.co video call as the duration of the meeting plus 1 hour. In this way, the daily.co video call should last for an hour beyond the scheduled end of the meeting. If the meeting ends on time, the extra hour is returned to the account.
One account for the whole organization
Let's say that in your organization, there are many team members. You don't want each team member to connect to their video conferencing software. In that case, Daily.co provides an excellent feature.
The admin connects Daily.co account, as mentioned above, and the rest of the team members don't need to connect their own video conferencing software like Zoom or Google Team. In such cases, Daily.co will create a new video conferencing link for each meeting when a meeting is booked.
