Adding CAPTCHA verification helps prevent spam and ensures that only real users can book appointments. This feature adds a simple verification step for users, making your booking process more secure.
Here are the steps to Enable CAPTCHA on Your Booking Page:
Login to NeetoCal.
Click on the meeting link where you want to set Captcha.
Go to Configure.
Click on Questions.
Click on Add question.
Select Captcha from the list of question types.
There are 2 types of CAPTCHA tests which you can select from.
reCAPTCHA v2
reCAPTCHA is a CAPTCHA system owned by Google. It requires the user to click the checkbox indicating the user is not a robot.
On clicking it will either pass the user immediately (with No CAPTCHA).
Or give them a random challenge to validate whether or not they are human.
Math CAPTCHA
This simpler CAPTCHA option asks users to solve a basic math problem (e.g., 5 + 3) to verify they are human.
Based on your target audience, you can select either of the above.
8.After selecting your preferred CAPTCHA type, click Save changes to apply your changes.
9.This will enable CAPTCHA on your booking page, adding an extra verification step for users.
Test the CAPTCHA Verification (Optional):
To confirm CAPTCHA is working, visit your booking page as a user and attempt to make a booking. You should see a CAPTCHA prompt as part of the submission process.
