In certain situations, you may agree with a customer on a specific date and time for a meeting. In such cases, instead of asking the customer to book the meeting themselves, you can create the booking on their behalf.
Once you book the meeting, a payment link will automatically be sent to the customer via email. The customer can then complete the payment through the provided link to confirm the meeting.
Click on the Booking Page tab on the left panel .
Enter the customer details and click Proceed.
Click on Skip Payment to complete the booking.
Meeting will be successfully booked.
An email notification will be sent to the customer confirming their booking.
Email will also include instructions for completing the payment stating that payment is required along with a Pay now button.
Clicking on Pay now button will redirect the client to the booking page.
Client can complete the booking process by clicking on Submit.
Meeting will be scheduled.
