Add Tip feature in NeetoCal allows clients to optionally include a tip during the booking payment process. This is especially useful for service-based businesses where clients may want to show appreciation for great service.
Enabling the add tip option
Click on the Scheduling links tab on the left pane.
Click on the scheduling link for which you want to add the tip option.
Go to the Payment Settings of a scheduling link.
Turn on the toggle. Allow clients to add tip.
If you're also applying tax on payments, you’ll see an option:
Add tax on tip or
Do not add tax on tip
(You can choose based on your preference)
If tax is not enabled, “Do not add tax on tip” will be selected by default, and “Add tax on tip” will be disabled.
What clients on payment page
Once enabled, during the payment step:
Clients will see a prompt: "Would you like to add a tip?"

18%
22%
Custom amount (as a percentage)
The total payable updates automatically based on their selection.
Tips and tax calculation
If tips and taxes are both enabled:
Tax is calculated on the base amount and the tip separately.
A clear breakdown is shown so clients know what they’re paying for.
